How to Make Keto Energy Bites

The key to making these simple keto-friendly snacks is to work the dough into a smooth texture that you can shape into balls.

A food processor is the easiest way to make your dough, but a high-speed blender will also work.

As you mix the energy bite dough, scrape down the sides of your blender or food processor bowl to make sure everything mixes evenly.

Note: you can use any nut butter you like to replace the almond butter.

Other Flavor Ideas

It’s easy to mix up the flavors of your keto energy bites.

You can add a fruity twist by swapping the cinnamon pecan nut granola with a berry flavor like Blueberry Cinnamon or make something rich and decadent by using our chocolatey Cacao Granola.

Storage

Store your energy balls in the fridge or freezer in an airtight container.

They will defrost quickly, so for longer storage, pop them in the freezer, where they’ll stay fresh for months. In the fridge, enjoy your energy bites within a week.

You can pack these bites in a lunch bag or purse so you’ll never be caught without a keto-friendly snack on the go.

RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

Yield: 7 bites

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cook time: n/a

1 cup NuTrail Keto Cinnamon Pecan Nut Granola

¼ cup keto almond butter

2 tablespoons almond flour

¼ teaspoon salt

METHOD

  1. Place the nut granola in a food processor and blend into a coarse texture.
  2. Add the almond butter, flour and salt and blend until evenly mixed. You should be able to roll the dough into balls. If it’s too sticky, add more almond flour, 1 tablespoon at a time, to reach the right consistency.
